Many of the homes built by Pacific Construction have been for out of town clients, as this is their Sandpoint vacation home. We place great emphasis on effective communication and a strong foundation of trust, and have a long-term, reliable relationship with the lending community. Taking progress photos and weekly reporting make it possible for a long distance owner to feel part of the project.
